Booking Process: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit. To secure your booking, we require a small deposit, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the total tour cost.

Payment Policy:

• Deposit: When you are ready to book, we will send you a secure payment link to pay the required deposit via credit card (subject to a 3.5% bank service fee).
• Balance: The remaining balance is due in full at our shop just prior to the tour departure. You can pay in Cash (USD or Euro) or by Credit Card (subject to a 3.5% bank fee).

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule your booking to a later date.
• Weather & Client Cancellation: No refunds are issued for cancellations due to bad weather or personal reasons. While tours may be postponed due to severe weather, we are not liable if the tour must be cancelled.
• Technical Issues: If your bike experiences technical difficulties, we will replace it with a similar model, and our guide/mechanic will attempt repairs within one day. If the trip is shortened due to technical reasons, you will be refunded for the days you could not complete.
• Transfer of Booking: If you need to cancel, you may choose to postpone your trip or transfer the booking to another person. Please note that you are responsible for any associated administrative costs and for ensuring your replacement pays the full balance.
