Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. To secure your reservation, we request a small deposit, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the total tour cost. There are different ways to pay deposit but the most popular and easiest way is paying online through a secure link we will send you right after you agree to secure the bookings.

The rest can be paid anytime you can before the tour or at our shop in Vietnam before starting the tour. You can pay the balance in cash or by credit cards (5% will be surcharged for the bank service fee if you pay by credit cards)

Vietnam Motorbike Tour Expert is ready here to offer you the best possible service on your adventure journey, ensuring you have a motorcycle trip of life; However, if you have a complaint during your expedition, please notify your tour leader immediately in order to rectify the situation.

If your complaint was unresolved, then a direct call to the office will help us to resolve any problem. If you have any other comment or suggestion, please send them to us via email. We are very open to hear from you to improve our service to you.

• No refunds in case of bad weather conditions and customers’ personal reasons . Tour may be delayed by adverse weather conditions, but we take no responsibility in case of tour cancellation.
• If you are found to break any of the rules without the prior exception from the tour leader, there will be a warning after which we can cancel the tour and you will have to travel back to city by yourself.

• If your bike has a technical brake down, we will replace it with the same type of bike and our guide/mechanic will attempt to fix your bike within a day. For technical reason, your tour may be shortened, you will get refund for the day you can not finish.
• If you need to cancel your booking, you have the option to postpone to another time or transfer it to another person. Please note that you will be responsible for any associated administration costs, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your nominee pays the full amount.

We will be responsible for providing you everything that is included in the tour price. Our guide with our support will help you in any situation on the way.

In case of an emergency, we will contact the people nominated by you in the disclaimer paper (e.g.: your family or insurance company).

Participants’ booking are accepted on the understanding that they realize the risks and hazards associated with motorcycle activities, include personal injury, physical exertion, risks associated with altitude and inconvenience when travelling through remote areas, and knowing that access to evacuation may not be readily available. You accept and consent to the personal risks inherent in the implementation of this Contract and, accept the limitations of our company liability set out herein as being reasonable. You have to take care of your own travel insurance.

In alignment with your expedition booking with us you agree to give authority to your expedition leader during your travel, where decisions may be needed for the benefit and safety of everyone.

If you damage/break our bikes, we will charge you to replace/fix the bike depending on the extent of the damage (with the best price).
