  • The second section is a bit more difficult, but you will have a very new experience by taking the ferry. From Moc Chau town, you follow Highway 43 to the Da river, passing through Son La area, you have to take the ferry at Van Yen wharf, then continue along Highway 43 to reach the junction of the city. At the crossroads, you continue to turn left on Highway 37 to Bac Yen town, you have almost completed your journey to the top of Ta Xua, you move about 12 km more and you come to Ta Xua to hunt clouds.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit. To secure your booking, we require a small deposit, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the total tour cost.

Payment Policy:

When you are ready to book the tour, we will send you a secure payment link, allowing you to pay the required deposit using your credit card (a 3.5% bank service fee will apply).

The remaining balance will be paid in full at our shop just before the start of the tour. You can pay in cash (USD or Euro) or by credit card (a 3.5% bank fee will apply if paying by credit card).

• No refunds will be given for bad weather or reasons attributable to the customer. Tours may be postponed due to bad weather, but we are not responsible for cancellations.
• If your bicycle experiences a technical problem, we will replace it with a similar one, and our guide/mechanic will attempt to repair it within one day. Due to technical reasons, your trip may be shortened. You will be refunded for the day you are unable to complete the trip.
• If you need to cancel your booking, you may choose to reschedule or transfer it to someone else. Please note that you will be responsible for all related administrative costs, and you are responsible for ensuring that the person you authorize pays the full amount.
